An old friend of mine just texted me today after a long. She wanted to know how I was doing. I was elated to get to know that she remembers me after such a long time. I only saw her as a part of my past experiences and perhaps I would get to speak to her if we bumped into each other some years to come. We spoke for some time and I discovered things haven’t been easy on her side either. She was let go by her employer and she’s been struggling to get a job. In fact, she had to go back to her parent’s house.
